Founded in 2017 by Boris Torres (President/CEO), a Real Estate professional for more than 15 years with the mentality of providing more services to homeowners and maintaining a high level of quality work with an honest and professional service. Our goal is to help homeowners improve their quality of life and make economic investments to their homes. That makes CGS their one-stop company that they can trust. Here at CGS we have a professional team to guide and educate homeowners about our services and options. We also work with experienced workers in the Industry to deliver quality work. Irving Torres serves as the Vice President of Operations and Business Development, and together with Boris (known as the Torres Brothers), lead the CGS team making sure the company stands by 3 important traits: Integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
